PowerLite Blocks Pvt. Ltd. Established in the year 2017 and started commercial production in 2018 after setting up plant at A-115, near Skoda Aurangabad, Five Star MIDC, Shendra, Aurangabad. This is the first plant in Marathwada region.

In the year 2019 PowerLite Blocks Pvt. Ltd. have started manufacturing at Newasa MIDC to cater the pune market. Having a tremendous response in the Pune market PLBPL has built a state of Art Manufacturing Facility at Newasa MIDC having 2.5 Lac CBM capacity annually which became functional in March 2022.
In 1914 the Swedes formulated a mixture of cement, lime, water and sand that expanded due to aeration upon addition of aluminium powder. A material like wood but without the disadvantages of combustibility, decay and termite damage was obtained. The material was further developed to what we know today as Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC).
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a fully integrated building system of panels and blocks that are used for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. AAC, a light-weight green building material, is fire resistant and has good thermal insulation, solid structure and is easy to work with. AAC is manufactured by about 200 plants in 35 countries and is used extensively in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
PowerLite AAC Blocks are the most cost effective and eco - friendly as compared to Red clay bricks. PowerLite AAC Blocks have dimension accuracy, high strength, perfect finish, durability, Light weight and are easily available in the market. PowerLite AAC Blocks are made of Fly Ash, Cement, Lime and other Aeration agents. Due to Fly Ash usage it saves fertile.
